This game would be 100% more fun if I could use my mfi game controller.

Its fun but seems repetitive and doesnt have a story....... Whats the point of having a hero? One more thing improve the ai .

Pretty fun game demanding patience and skill. You buy armor and level up so you can decide somewhat how you would like to play.

If you love Mario-style games you will love this one! Secret passages, 50+ levels, "bosses" to fight off, increasing difficulty levels, amulets/weapons/armor to buy. I am very impressed with the details and love the medieval theme. Programmers/ designers did great job here ! Thanks

Me and my friends love to play this game and we wish it was multiplayer.

Ive absolutely love this game, its extremely challenging and fun and will leave you wanting to play that next level! If you enjoy it and play this one, I strongly encourage you to buy the 2nd DD. All an all, I really do enjoy this game and have recommended it to friends.

I don’t know why, but all of my reviews just disappeared. Writing this review again because this game deserves at least a few words. The graphics are delightful, and so is the gameplay. The controls are very responsive. Great game to pick up if you like bite-sized pieces of action RPG throughout the day. There really aren’t that many games on the store that hit the spot. Well, this does hit the spot. I had no need to purchase anything in the game, but felt that with the hours of enjoyment this game brought for me that I should. Hey, just felt I should support the dev. Great game. DD2 was pretty nice, too, albeit a bit too heavy-handed on the tutorial. Ah, that’s right! Another reason to like this game is that it allows you to just jump into the action. No fuss, no muss.

This game was pretty fun. Kind of repetitive and linear - but ok.

This game is frustrating. It is fun but I am not sure its worth the aggravation. Even with purchasing all items in the shop, the enemies are too difficult to beat. Your lives dont upgrade enough to beat the enemies let alone the bosses. Only resets your lives after beating three levels. If you have 100 lives and lose 80-90 during the first two levels, you will die in the third level and be forced to repeat the first two levels again and again until you beat the last one. Then it starts all over again on the next three levels. I would not bother with this game unless you have a lot of patience.

What a great blend of action and RPG elements. The random levels really add variety to the game. Also a good amount of hours of gameplay for such an inexpensive game. Typical quality Ravenous graphics and gameplay are all here. Wish it had some sort of controller support.

Pros: Beautiful game without a doubt. Very responsive and satisfying fighting animations. Good level progression. Cons: Repetitive. Lack of enemy diversity. No knockback or stun on attack is tiring. Coins flying everywhere is annoying. The level construction is often unimpressive. Still, worth buying though.
